Emma’s accessories grow from a sustainable, ethical perspective, the design is of primary importance,the fact the materials are reclaimed is fundamental but not obvious. All pieces are made by hand in her London studio, each one is unique, an art work in itself – contemporary wearable sculptures that are quirky yet classic.

Alexa makes wonderful jewellery encorporating vintage pieces and resin cast treasures with Prehistoric and Cowboys and Indians themes.

Sally is an established Brighton based illustrator and print maker with a passion for mid-century design. This filters through to influence the style of her subjects: mainly British wildlife and landscapes.
Prints on sale will range from £20 – £120. Original, limited edition silk screens and affordable giclée prints.
Exhibitor Profile: Sarah Arnett
Sarah Arnett is an illustrator, designer and photographer whose work crosses the boundaries of fine art and fashion. Her career to date has seen her create a range of illustrations; digitally screen printed fabrics; fashion collections; wallpapers and interior textiles. This M
arch she exhibited at Pick Me Up featured within the Up and Coming Stars section. She has recently been working on commissions for the Sunday Times Style magazine and The New Statesmen. You can also find a clothing line based on Sarah’s digital printed textiles Modern Love.
Exhibitor Profile: Ridley & Dowse
Assembly Room organisers Ridley & Dowse is a design partnership between jeweller and accessory designer Vivienne Ridley and Susannah Dowse a fashion and print designer. Between them they have a design heritage that includes collaborations with Boxfresh, Topman, Harrods, Ted Baker and Wayne Hemingway. Their Brit…ish stockists include The Village Shop at Cowley Manor, Cheltenham – one of Vogue’s top 20 British Boutiques – and the prestigious Saatchi Gallery. They are designers committed to producing beautiful things at as little cost to human rights and the environment as possible. They believe that the beauty in an object comes in part from how it is made and by whom.

Exhibitor Profile: Martha Mitchell design.
Martha Mitchell Design creates homewares all based around her own intricate fine line illustrations of popular food packaging. Her products range from tea towels and aprons to cakestands, bowls, and egg cups.
Since graduating from University two years ago Martha has set up a studio in Hove where she continues to design and make her products selling through online outlets, shops and galleries as well as craft shows and markets.

Exhibitor Profile: Cardigan by Kate Jenkins
Cardigan is the vision of Kate Jenkins and was set up in 2003 to fulfil her philosophy that anything can be created from yarn as long as it is made with love.
Based in Brighton, Kate’s background is in fashion, designing for prestigious labels like Donna Karan, Sonia Rykiel and Missoni.
Now, as well fabulous fashion, beautiful accessories and greetings cards, they have a gallery of original, collectible art.
Each art collection, Comfort Food, Soft Smokes, Cardigan in Bloom and Fish & Stitches is inspired by everyday items. These are then interpreted with consumate skill and humour into amazing pieces that have been exhibited to wide acclaim at art fairs in the UK and the USA.

L M N O P is a creative design studio and a gallery shop.
The shop is a collection of everything illustrated, hand printed and paper based: We sell artists-books, zines and comics and original prints. We have a unique selection of limited edition fine-art prints; silk-screen, letterpress, etchings, litho and glicee. Also, a selection of unusual things, for example, paper and screen-printed jewellery and hand-made cards.

Exhibitor Profile: Emily The Pemily
After working for the likes of Topman and Alexander McQueen, where Emily hated being told what to do creatively, she decided to go it alone to have complete creative control.
Emily bought her own printing screens in 2009 and started her business alongside her full time job. Her printing table is where… she spends her time creating unique and quirky T-shirts, Bags, Purses, Sweatshirts and everything else. The dream of giving up her horrible full time job is almost here, as… Emily the Pemily the business grows every day. She will be selling hand printed t-shirts for men, women, children and babies.

Exhibitor Profile: Ai Iijima
Ai Iijima studied silversmithing in Japan and learnt blacksmithing as an apprentice at Glynde Forge.
Her jewellery shows both delicacy and strength using traditional Japanese and English skills.
Life is a fundamental theme of her work which is inspired from nature, or formed incidentally in the making process.
None of her works are exactly identical.
